Betsy Goldman sells Venice – both in real estate and as a way of life. A resident since 1980 and a Realtor since 1989, she knows the community intimately which enables her to better serve sellers and buyers.
The real estate market has changed dramatically in technology since Betsy first got her license. Many of her clients have not kept up the pace and this is ok. Some don’t even have a computer! Betsy believes in adapting to the requirements and needs at hand. Her first priority is to make sure her clients feel comfortable in their real estate transactions.
Betsy is dedicated to providing outstanding service and upholding professional standards. Her longtime experience works to benefit her clients in strong negotiation skills and successfully closed transactions.
Highly respected in the real estate industry, Betsy served as Treasurer and Local Government Relations Chairperson of the Venice/Marina Board of Realtors was awarded the Challenge Cup for her service to the Board and the Venice-of-America award for her service to the Venice community. She is a member of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

… One of the first recipients of the National Association of Realtor´s e-Pro designation (2000), this program certifies real estate professionals as Internet Professionals in order to communicate effectively with the online consumer.
… One of the first recipients in the Los Angeles area of the EcoBroker designation (2007), this training helps to address the newest topics in real estates, such as “green” home certification programs like Energy Star® Qualified Homes, energy-efficiency, and sustainable design.
Betsy’s hobbies include gardening and participation in two books clubs at the Venice library. She and her dog Lucky are a familiar sight walking around Venice neighborhoods. She loves being part of the community. It gives her great pleasure to impart her enthusiasm to clients.
